Quick Sauteed Potatoes
I am writing this while cooking
its not Jamie Oliver friday yet but I’m in the kitchen doing a quick meal!
Salmon with a lemon and butter sauce, but what to have with it?
I fancy some sauteed potatoes mmmm! So easy to cook!
What do you need?
- Potatoes
- Olive Oil or Sun Flower Oil
- Mixed Herbs (Optional)
Cut your spuds into small chunks then stick them in a pan of boiling water for 4 mins, some people say 3 but I’m putting my 4 mins out there!
Then take them off the heat, drain them and let them cool.
When you want to serve chuck them in a hot frying pan with the oil (and herbs) and leave to brown a bit before turning them, then turn them about 2 or 3 times fr about 7 mins!
Hey Presto Yum Yum!

Stir-fried Duck with Asparagus!
Hi, Its Benny Oliver night
I have cooked stir-fried duck with sugar snap peas and asparagus.
It was so tasty its instantly been added to one of my favourite, dried ginger works fine though so don’t worry about splashing out on the expensive stuff!
